Spotlight on our wonderful Sales Advisor, Lisa
This month, we thought we'd shine a spotlight on our wonderful Sales Advisor, Lisa, the friendly face behind our sales team at Burnham Waters. Since joining in November 2024, she has welcomed many new residents and supported customers through every step of their retirement journey.
Lisa regularly catches up with our residents, loves hearing their stories, and enjoys seeing how they're settling into their new homes and becoming part of our growing community.
Speaking about Burnham-on-Crouch, Lisa says: “It’s such a lovely town. One of the things I love most about it is that it’s still so quaint – it doesn’t have the feel of a big, intimidating or impersonal town. It has a really friendly and welcoming feel and it’s so peaceful here. It really is the perfect place to retire to!”

A wonderful day together at Burnham Waters
Last weekend, our annual Burnham Waters Family Day brought residents, families, home buyers and visitors together for a relaxed afternoon of community and connection.
Guests enjoyed complimentary food and refreshments, while children had fun with face painting, magic shows and balloon modelling.
It was lovely to see people spending time together, meeting neighbours, exploring the village and enjoying everything Burnham Waters has to offer.
The day reflected the welcoming, friendly atmosphere that our community is known for, showing that retirement living is about much more than a home – it's about feeling connected, sharing experiences and making memories with family, friends and neighbours.
