Burnham Waters, Essex Summer Event | Sunday 3rd August 2025
You are invited to join Burnham Waters and its new community, on Sunday 3rd August for a special summer event.
The event is open to existing residents and their wider families and friends, as well as potential purchasers considering a move to our new retirement village. The event will run 10am – 3pm and there will be complementary food and refreshments provided throughout the day.
Take the opportunity to meet with neighbours (or potential new neighbours), enjoy some sunshine (hopefully!), some delicious food, and tour the homes that are available for sale here.
The event will be hosted in the sales and marketing suite on site and will spill out into the wider landscaped area. There will be one, two and three-bedroom show homes open and available to view, throughout the event.
Food on the day will be supplied by the very popular and locally based Shwings restaurant.
The event will take place on Sunday 3rd August, 10am – 3pm. Complementary food and refreshments will be provided throughout the event.

There will be a variety of one, two and three-bedroom show homes open, and available to view at the event:
