Our Assisted Move service is designed to remove the hassle – and sometimes even the costs*, associated with selling your existing home. If you want to secure a fast sale on your existing property, leaving you free to secure a brand new home at Burnham Waters, then Assisted Move could be the new build incentive for you.
We work partnership with The New Homes Group (and/or our appointed estate agent/s for local sales), to deliver a tailored Assisted Move service. We can source agent valuations for you, help you to choose and appoint an estate agent, and manage the sales process on your behalf.
If you opt for our Assisted Move service, we could help you to move forward with your purchase of a new retirement bungalow at Burnham Waters quickly, while giving you peace of mind that the sale of your existing property is all in hand.
