Luxury retirement scheme in Essex appoints Sequence Land & New Homes to manage new home sales
Burnham Waters, a new luxury lifestyle community for the over 55s in Essex, has appointed Sequence Land & New Homes to manage its on-site sales.
With a new Sales and Marketing Suite launching soon on site, the Sequence team, operating under the local brand William H Brown, will man the sales suite five days a week, installing a dedicated sales advisor on site.
Sequence Land & New Homes will bring a national perspective and a national reach to the sales and marketing of this new collection of retirement bungalows, working alongside local agent Church and Hawes, who have been involved in the project from the start. Church and Hawes will man the sales suite the additional two days a week, ensuring that the development is open for visitors and fully operational, seven days a week.

The new Sales and Marketing Suite at Burnham Waters will provide customers with an opportunity to meet with the team, view the wider development plans and explore the incentives on offer. There will also be a new interactive finishes station, which will enable visitors to view and select from an array of finishes, from flooring and tiles to kitchen styles. There are also show homes available to view.
The Burnham Waters development was officially launched off-plan in October 2023. Phase one, which is currently selling, comprises a total of 103 homes, with a selection of one, two and three-bedroom bungalows available. The first homes here are now ready to move in to – with the first residents already in occupation.
The wider Burnham Waters development is set to deliver a parade of shops, an on-site surgery and security office, along with a fitness suite, swimming pool, tennis court and allotments.
