Join us on Sunday 18th October, from 10am to 3pm for our next sales event, which will be hosted in our newly furnished Community Hub.
Come along, enjoy some complimentary food supplied by local cafe Peaberries, explore our show homes and find out more about the different ways you can personalise your new home at Burnham Waters.
Our new show home, home nine – a beautiful two-bedroom Chelmer house type will be open for viewings for the very first time. You will also be able to explore our recently launched show home, home 37 – a three-bedroom Blackwater, which showcases a fresh interior design scheme, complete with one of our new kitchen colours (sage green) and stunning wall panelling on the walls in the main living space.
AND there will be special home buyer incentives available for anyone who reserves a new home at the event.
Special October incentives
There is even more reason to visit us at Burnham Waters this October.
For reservations made at the event on Sunday 18th October, or for anyone who attends the event and goes on to reserve a home within October, Burnham Waters will be extending our No Service Charge for Life incentive*.
This incentive, which is currently only available on ready-to-move-in plots, will be made available to anyone purchasing one of the homes here at Burnham Waters, which are still available for customisation. Make your new home unique to you – and benefit from our most popular incentive.
