Burnham Arts Trail 2024
18th June 2024

Burnham Waters: A guide to the Burnham Arts Trail 2024

Burnham on Crouch has a vibrant arts scene and has been home to many artists over the years. This month, we are very much looking forward to the Burnham Arts Trail 2024.

The Burnham on Crouch Art Trail will showcase the work of local artists from Saturday 22nd – Sunday 30th June. Featuring the work of 44 artists across 32 different venues, the trail is a nine-day exhibition of painters, sculptors, photographers, makers and creatives.

The event sees local volunteers opening up their homes and private studios as art galleries to the public. This is a fantastic opportunity to see and purchase unique artworks, as well as meeting the local artists behind the creations.

The trail, now in its 20th year, will feature work from new and established artists. From atmospheric land and seascapes to contemporary printmaking, installations, ceramics, textiles, jewellery and sculpture, there is something to suit everyone's tastes.

There are also lots of other ways in which you can get involved in the art trail too, with a packed week of activities planned. From sketching sessions at the allotments to glass bead making in one of the artist's studios, these are nine days in Burnham not to be missed!

This year, as part of the trail, local estate agent Church & Hawes, who are selling on our behalf at Burnham Waters, will be showcasing some local artwork in their offices. If you are in the area, make sure you pop in to see the display.

Feedback

The team have been so patient and understanding with my elderly parents. Although we haven’t been through a purchase yet we are hoping that will come. Nathan and his team have been accommodating, kind and very knowledgable throughout our dealings with them so far. Highly recommend.

Christina Sheilds

Having been met by Nathan we followed him onto the estate and was introduced to Jamie. His truly inspirational concept for a community development have left us wanting to be part of it. Loved the bungalow and once inside we able to see for ourselves the high spec and generous size rooms. Every aspect appears to have been thought about carefully and we are looking forward to seeing the 3 bedroom show home.

Mrs Moss

The property exceeded expectations. My wife and I appreciate how generous you were with your time with us. It’s a great, well thought out and designed development for the over 55’s.

Mr & Mrs Francis

Completely blown away with the spaciousness of the layout of the estate and the beautifully presented bungalow. I can’t thank you enough for the all the advice and information the team at the bungalow gave coupled with the help and genuine understanding and help with our particular issues.
