The official opening of Burnham Waters development

In this week’s edition, the Burnham Waters team have some exciting news! If you’ve registered your interest in our luxury retirement community, you can now see it for yourself…

Our Village Is Open!

Burnham Waters are excited to announce that our village development is about to officially open! If you have registered interest with us, whether that’s in person, or via our email sign up, it is with great pleasure that the Burnham Waters management team invite you to our official opening. Personal invitations have been mailed out to you directly. This is strictly an invitation only event.

On Friday 3^rd November 2023, from 10am onwards, plots 11 through to 29 will be available to view. Here, potential residents will be able to get a taste of what life at Burnham Waters luxury retirement community could be like.

Property Viewings

On open day, each of the five designs of bungalow will be available to view, with examples of the advanced technologies employed in the design to assist with improving the quality and longevity of living in your own home. The bungalow show home designs you’ll see include:

The Stour: 1 bedroom
The Chelmer: 2 bedrooms
The Blackwater: 3 bedrooms

In addition, we will have plans available to view highlighting the approved building plans for the development of Phase 1, together with artists impressions of various scenes throughout the village.

How to Get to Us

Our address is: Maldon Road, Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex, CM0 8PF.

Access will be via the main site entrance (on the left-hand side of the B1010, just before the Burnham on Crouch town sign), with ample parking available.

Timings

Those wishing to attend are welcome on site from 10am but are welcome to pop by at any time throughout the day. Official formalities will commence from 1.30pm, with the ceremonial cutting of the ribbon at 2pm. This will be carried out by Sir John Whittingdale MP, representing the Maldon constituency. Please ensure you bring your valid ticket for entry on the day. Refreshments will also be available.

We do ask that you confirm your intention to attend by Friday 27^th October, with your preferred time of arrival. Please let us know if you’re planning on bringing any other guests with you. This way, we can ensure an appropriate time slot to personally show you around your preferred properties.
