New ‘walk-in’ Wednesdays launched at Burnham Waters retirement homes
From this January, at Burnham Waters, the new retirement living community in Burnham-on-Crouch, we are launching our new ‘walk-in Wednesdays’.
Running weekly, these sessions will run between 10am and 2pm. They are designed to offer an informal, opportunity to simply drop in (or walk-in!) for a visit, with no appointment needed. View our retirement homes (we have one, two and three-bedroom bungalows available) and explore all that we have on offer.
All of the show homes will be open for visitors to view at their leisure. Our sales and marketing suite will be open with tea and biscuits on offer for anyone who wants to call in and find out a bit more about the development – and possibly even meet a few of the neighbours!
Run as a very informal coffee morning, which is open to both our existing residents as well as potential new home buyers here, these sessions are designed to give an insight into life at Burnham Waters, in a relaxed environment. You can visit as many times as you like and our friendly sales team will be on hand , should you have any questions for us.
Our first ‘walk-in’ event is on Wednesday 14th January, 10am – 2pm.

“Our existing residents are a sociable bunch, so we have opened this coffee morning style event up to them too. In fact, we have some great bakers living here now, so if you are lucky, you might even get an opportunity to sample some homemade treats!”
