Meet the Residents at Burnham Waters | Saturday 13th September 2025
Back by popular demand, Burnham Waters, the new retirement village in Essex, will be hosting a ‘Meet the Residents’ event on Saturday 13th September 2025, between 10am – 3pm.
Those considering a new retirement bungalow at Burnham Waters in Essex are invited to join existing residents for tea and cake, and to explore all that a new home at Burnham Waters could offer. Interested buyers will have an opportunity to hear first hand, what it’s like living as part of this new popular retirement village in Burnham-on-Crouch.
PLUS there will be an opportunity to explore all the home buyer incentives currently on offer. From stamp duty contributions to window dressing packages and assisted move, the team will be on hand to tailor-make a package to suit each buyer’s individual move.
The event will be hosted in the sales and marketing suite on site. It will be a relaxed and an informal event, with existing residents on hand to welcome potential home buyers and to answer any questions they may have.
The dedicated Burnham Waters sales team will also be on hand throughout the day.
