Can I pass the ‘no service charge’ incentive on to future purchasers of my property?

No. The offer will ONLY cover the purchaser/s first five years in their new home. It cannot be passed on to future owners or occupants.

Will I be liable for any future service charges at Burnham Waters?

Yes. After five years, you will be liable to pay the annual service charge, relevant for your property type/size. A member of the team will be in touch ahead of the five‐year expiry to advise of the sum, payment methods and to provide any other necessary information.
