How can I reserve a new home at Burnham Waters with the ‘no service charge for five years’ incentive?: Interested purchasers keen to take advantage of the ‘no service charge for five years' incentive are advised to let the sales team know, prior to making a reservation. If agreed and available on your selected plot, upon reservation, details of the offer will be confirmed in writing by the Burnham Waters team.
Can I pass the ‘no service charge for five years’ incentive on to future purchasers of my property at Burnham Waters?: No. The offer will ONLY cover the purchaser/s first five years in their new home. It cannot be passed on to future owners or occupants.
Will I be liable for any future service charges at Burnham Waters?: Yes. After five years, you will be liable to pay the annual service charge, relevant for your property type/size.
