How can I reserve a new home at Burnham Waters with the ‘no service charge for life’ incentive?: If you’re keen to take advantage of the ‘no service charge for life’ incentive, you’ll need to reserve a selected plot before 1st April 2026. Please speak to the sales team, prior to making a reservation. If agreed and available on your selected plot, upon reservation, details of the offer will be confirmed in writing by the Burnham Waters team.
Can I pass the ‘no service charge for life’ incentive on to future purchasers of my property at Burnham Waters?: No. The offer will ONLY cover the purchaser/s lifetime in their new home. It cannot be passed on to future owners or occupants.
Will I be liable for any future service charges at Burnham Waters?: No. If you are accepted under the terms of our ‘no service charge for life’ incentive you will not incur any service charges for your lifetime in your new home at Burnham Waters.
